At ALEXIOS, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver and aim to ensure each order meets the standards our clients expect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing, packing, or dispatch.
Approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing, currency conversion, and administrative costs already incurred.
Any applicable cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund amount, up to a maximum of €35, depending on the payment method, provider charges, and order value.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it falls under the return policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In brand-new condition
- Free from marks, wear, odor, or damage
- Returned with original packaging, accessories, and contents
Items that are used, worn, damaged, altered, or not returned in original condition are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, security, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, activated, or tampered with.
This may include products containing electronic locking systems, batteries, or personalized features.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our side (incorrect item, damaged item, or verified defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by ALEXIOS.
Refused Deliveries / Unclaimed Parcels
Orders refused by the customer or left unclaimed may incur return shipping charges, customs fees, or handling costs, which may be deducted from any refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.
